Senior Specialist — Electrical Motors & Actuators

As a member of the R&D New Product Development (NPD) organization, you will be joining a journey of growing and renewing Danfoss’ broad product portfolio; and you will be the key player in ensuring that products are matching customer requirements with respect to performance, cost and quality. Furthermore, you will be the core expert in all matters related to electrical motors (e.g. stepper motors) and actuators (e.g. solenoids) used in Danfoss’ range of control valves for refrigeration.

The Global Specialist team is a small group of highly dedicated specialists covering critical technology areas and you will be the go-to person in all matters related to actuator technology. You will be supporting broadly across our R&D function, including the NPD teams in 6 global sites, Danfoss technology innovation teams and the engineering teams supporting the product portfolio.
