We are a newly established unit in Strategy Execution & Business Control with the strategic purpose of supporting our journey in Better Ways of Working and thereby becoming a better bank.

So what do we do? We continuously refine and strengthen Danske Bank's Agile governance and operating model and grow the agile capabilities to excel in delivering customer centric outcomes.

Mission:

To ensure that we achieve the desired outcomes of the development agenda and safeguard our agile practices
Support Finance in infusing agile principles into financial steering and tracking with a shared responsibility of consolidating the development portfolio outcomes, benefits and costs to facilitate target setting
