Would you like to develop and lead a Global Planning function? Do you have a passion for S&OP and inventory management?

You will lead a Global Planning function in Demant with the global responsibility of the strategic, tactical and operational planning process. Global Planning is a highly engaged and professional team with a strong business identity that operates and interacts with all levels of the organization. The department has significant impact on the strategic initiatives within the Demant hearing aid group and plays a leading role to ensure a strong sales- and forecast process enabling a robust capacity and production planning.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will be:

Develop, manage, and lead the Global Planning department
Development and implement guiding principles for global planning activities
Ensure that IT system are developed and professionalized with a focus on global and local objective
