You will be responsible for translating customer needs into clear objectives and tangible tasks. Furthermore, you will:

Challenge and improve existing practices through process mapping and monitoring
Collaborate closely with developers via user story refinement and clarifications
Collaborations with business resources, stakeholders, and other squads to discuss and align, and to provide expertise where it is needed
