As the Human Resources Generalist, you will administer policies relating to all phases of Human Resources activities in busy warehouse facilities across Denmark. Responsibilities include:

• Lead recruitment efforts: perform new hire screening, interviewing, and onboarding, arrange new employment orientation, and conduct the exit interview process
• Maintain Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) records (i.e. with absenteeism and turnover, etc.), input data, and compile reports
