You will get responsibility for managing sensitive and temperature controlled shipments within our niche-area, which includes daily operations and servicing, customer caring, quality assurance, up-selling, supplier management etc.

Furthermore, the job includes

Daily contact with customer, suppliers, and colleagues within our global DHL Life Sciences network
Managing shipments from Life Sciences & Healthcare customers
Issuing export documents
