Join our team in this newly created retail management position, overseeing our key stores in Copenhagen. This is a unique opportunity to drive high standards across the teams and store environments, ensuring these flagship stores are Bang & Olufsen’s strongest performing locations globally.

As our new Retail Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship store located on Østergade, Copenhagen, as well as our store in Copenhagen Airport. Together, with the two teams of sales associates, you will be responsible for improving the stores' performance and establishing high standards across all KPIs; customer service, sales acumen, product knowledge, visual merchandising etc.
