Graduate Human Experience Management Consultant

Are you a recent graduate or have some years of experience in HR and are you looking for new and exciting challenges in a fast-growing company?

Do you want to help place HR at the top of the agenda for our customers and work with digital transformation of HR in some of the Nordic region's largest companies?

Our graduate program, which starts in the autumn of 2021, will make the transition from being a student to becoming a consultant as educational, safe, and facilitated as possible. You will have a steep learning curve and many challenges, but at the same time you will have your own mentor and the opportunity to work with experienced consultants who guide you and share their knowledge.

During the graduate period, you will receive training and deep knowledge in relevant HR processes, and you will get the opportunity to certify yourself in selected SAP SuccessFactors modules.
