In this key role as HR Business Partner – Corporate Functions you will take responsibility for creating and implementing the strategic people agenda and organizational development in the assigned global Corporate Function. It involves planning and execution, organizational effectiveness and design, leadership and employee development, change management and talent management – all run for globally scattered organization.

As the HR Business Partner, your overall mission will be to develop, manage and coordinate a variety of HR and Change activities, in addition to securing a broad operational HR support via Danfoss Regional HR.
