The role as LEAN & PAC Manager in Orifarm entails developing and adapting administrative LEAN in our business units as well as managing our community of Process Area Coordinators (PAC). You will be responsible for the development and deployment of LEAN tools and methods as well as being the go-to-person when complex continuous improvement activities occurs.
You will be responsible for:
- Heighten our organization’s improvement competencies
- Facilitating and developing the PAC network
- Securing a high professional level of LEAN
