Chief Lean Consultant for Operational Excellence Team

The Operational Excellence Team in the Process Delivery Centre of Excellence is looking for an experienced Lean and process improvement enthusiast to join our ranks. You will be working alongside like-minded individuals in helping operations managers of all levels of seniority in Danske Bank to help improve the ways they manage their teams and performance of service delivery processes.

Your day-to-day work will consist of the following:

• Apply different problem solving methods and associated tools to help leaders grasp the causes of operations problems
• Help leaders redesign their operations processes to remove waste and improve quality and efficiency
• Deliver training to improve leaders’ operations management and problem solving capabilities
