Danfoss Drives are right now looking for a Head of Global Training to ensure that Danfoss Drives has a global training strategy and training offering in place to cover business needs.

As Head of Global Training you will be leading the global training organization which is responsible for Danfoss Drives technical training portfolio and offering to own personnel and customers.

The organization includes training competence centers with trainers in Vaasa and Grasten, training development and digitalization team, and publishing team. The person works in close contact with the local training centers, to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing and that the global offering meets local needs.
