Digital Transformation Manager
As a Digital Transformation Manager, your key focus is to work alongside our R&D team to drive data driven innovation. This is the next step in our R&D transformation and will have high visibility throughout the organization.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing a comprehensive project scope, budget, and work plan that delivers technically, organizationally, and according to R&D needs and goals
- Incorporating design thinking (including use of pretotypes and prototypes) into agile projects and solutions
- Developing a detailed project plan and drive progress using agile methodologies and build backlog using Microsoft DevOps
