Your main responsibilities will be to orchestrate the core and functional curriculum and contribute to growing a learning culture by promoting self-development via a learning curriculum. You will build and lead the deployment of several elements within the learning curriculum. In addition, your responsibilities will cover to:

Define the governance model for functional learning management.
Create new and improve existing materials within functional learning, such as presentations, processes, and toolkits.
Communicate about learning through various channels.
