Danfoss is looking for a Productivity Improvement Lead to join our One ERP Program Management Office. We are responsible for helping the One ERP team members to adopt and use our tools and processes, report on progress and plan adherence and continuously seek improvements to our platform, all being a part of the overall program methodology.

As part of the One ERP productivity team, you will launch initiatives that seek to increase productivity, strengthen performance and create a strong culture of continuous improvement in Factories, Distribution Centers and Sales Companies in areas of i.e. LCI/Kofax ordering process, service management and project sales processes. More specifically, you will drive analysis, advisory services, specification and complex problem solving, just as you set goals and establish results according to agreed objectives.
