Danfoss is looking for an energetic and talented Recruiter to join our dedicated Talent Acquisition team supporting Northern European Region in recruitment activities. Our teams’ clear focus is on attracting and recruiting the best talents in the market for our business.

As the Talent Acquistion recruiter in Nothern Europe Region, you will be responsible of managing end-to-end recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers & other stakeholders.

Responsibilites for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Recruit and source candidates across Northern Europe with primary focus on supporting our organisation in Denmark and United Kingdom
Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future needs
Act as an advisor to local and regional managers
