As Student Assistant you will be responsible for working with our data collection platforms and help grant holders in their reporting activities. Your daily work will include answering to support requests from the users as well as organize, and process data reported by the grant recipients. Another aspect of you work will be to support the intranet management and document management solution (which is based on SharePoint). In relation to this, you will help with tracking change requests and collaborate closely with Novo Group employees to improve the existing solution.

On a day-to-day basis, you will work with the Senior Impact Partner and with the Data and Impact Manager on a broad range of tasks which include replying to emails, analysis of data, intranet management, as well as practical support with ad hoc tasks.
