You will partner with our executive and management teams to execute the organisation's strategy and drive the People & Culture initiatives and activities which will contribute even more towards our diverse and inclusive working culture. More specifically, your key responsibilities will be within:
- Being a highly effective Executive HR Business Partner to executive leaders in Vestas
- Acting and fully contributing as the HR Leader on the functional leadership team
