Ensure that the learning and development interventions and services will effectively equip employees with the specific capabilities that will enable them to add value and drive competitive advantage for the organisation. The role requires strong relationship development and the ability to influence and properly diagnose true customer needs (not just requests) and deliver measurable solutions of value to the business.

Your responsibilities

  • Partner with the business to deliver the Talent Development strategy aligned to the business strategy, capability requirements and organisational priorities. This must be linked to the broader Global and European Talent Management agenda and key deliverables.
  • Partner with HRBP and TA teams to ensure alignment, proactive communication, and collaboration in business processes for Talent Management.
