Senior People & Culture Business Partner
Join us in Bang & Olufsen’s exciting transformation journey as a trusted Partner to our senior management.
As our new Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will be the professional sparring partner to our C-level management and help drive and lead our overall business agenda through ensuring efficient handling of people & culture processes, including advising and coaching leaders.
Moreover, you will drive and lead the yearly HR cycle activities as well as implement development projects and other people & culture initiatives driving the organisational and people-related change initiatives.
