As our Sales Support Manager, your primary task will be to manage and develop the team of Sales Coordinators and guide them through transformation processes. Additionally, we expect you to ensure valuable service to our customers, and of course the rest of the organization. You will be participating in internal development and projects as well as supporting successful execution by applying the resources of your team.

Your main tasks will include:

• Ensuring customer orders are managed accurately and professionally
• To be the point of contact for escalated customer service issues
