We are currently looking for an experienced manager with a commercial background for our Consumer Healthcare team. The team is currently facing an establishment process and you will contribute in establishing a successful team. The team is characterized by being interdisciplinary and handles everything operationally in relation to food supplements, which is our newly acquired product area, including purchasing, quality, regulatory, sales and operation planning and launch of new products in collaboration with sales & marketing. Thus, your main task will be to lead and develop our Consumer Healthcare team.

You will report to our Chief Corporate Development Officer and in close cooperation with our commercial business units the Senior Manager’s main responsibilities will be to manage M&A and other strategic and commercial projects, including:
- Participate and support the processes related to identification and evaluation of M&A targets, incl. building of business cases and preparing recommendations to the Executive Management
- Lead international M&A projects and teams in the process from initial evaluation, through due diligence, negotiations, and towards integration – covering multifunctional workstreams

I tæt samarbejde med dine kolleger i indkøb, får du selvstændigt ansvar for indkøb af en række færdigvarer. Du får i den forbindelse en tæt kontakt med vores leverandører, i store dele af verden. Dine primære opgaver er genforhandling af eksisterende aftaler, herunder pris, møder med leverandører internt og eksternt, foretage indkøbsberegninger, lægge indkøbsordrer og vedligeholde stamdata. Internt i organisationen arbejder du tæt sammen med kolleger i salg, artwork og QA.

In the role as Change Process Manager in Orifarm, you are expected to bring in a high level of structure and communication as it will be your job to ensure that the right changes to our systems and processes are prioritized, planned, and executed to meet the expectation of our ever-growing and highly ambitious Business. You will oversee the daily operation of the Request For Change (RFC) process to ensure the RFC quality and stable performance of this process. Furthermore, you will act as the link between the business and IT regarding the RFCs to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are involved and communicated to. Finally, you will further develop the RFC process to continuously improve its performance and transparency.
