Can you ensure that the team lives up to Georg Jensen’s exceptional customer service criteria, while following up-to-date guidelines and processes? Some of your tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing Customer Service & Sales Support team in Denmark & Thailand
- Develop and implement processes supporting the sales organisation
- Coordinating and ensuring excellent customer experience and service
