In this senior role, you will lead our Global Omni Operations, with a direct line into the Chief Commercial Officer.

Pandora’s Global Operations has been on an exciting transformation to adapt to our steep business growth, and the VP Global Omni Operations will be responsible for further transforming Pandora’s operations into a world-class setup, with an Omni-focused approach, as we further futureproof our business and organisation.

You will lead Pandora three major distribution centers based in Germany, Thailand and the US, as well as owning Supply Planning (including POSM) and the Global Operations Development team. As a function, Global Operations is a reliable, agile and strong link across the Pandora value chain, effectively planning and delivering jewellery and POS material globally to support on consumer experience when shopping with Pandora.
