Danfoss is looking for our new Head of Regional Total Rewards & Payroll to join the team in HR Operations Northern Europe. In this role, you will act as regional Total Reward Specialist as well as heading the regional HR Systems and Processes function and Danish Payroll team. This job offers a wide range of interesting and exciting project work, tasks, and responsibilities in a cross-organizational environment and will play a vital role in the Regional HR strategy.

As the Head of Regional Total Rewards & Payroll, you will be overall responsible for all Payroll processes for Danfoss’ danish employees, including tax and financial reporting. Additionally, your team oversees leave reimbursement, time & attendance administration as well as Pension & benefit vendor management.
