As a Program Manager you have extensive understanding of Hybrid- and agile development processes and your main responsibility will be to ensure progress, predictability, visibility, effectivity, quality, and compliance with focus on the end-product. You work closely with a core team from all part of the organization and through this close collaboration you ensure the success of the program.

Your primary tasks include:

Through leadership and involvement ensure usage of the UR Governance model and thereto attached tools and processes.
Owning the program and empower the Core team to act and insure delivery.
Drive different types of cross functional product development programs within both the business, hardware, and software
