For the past 24 months, the focus has been on implementing a Program Office to manage the company’s pipeline of new products – from qualification stage to market launch. Part of this implementation process has been the introduction of a stage-gate model, as well as a PPM system, to support the Office and the Program Managers. It is time to expand the scope of the current setup to also include firstly, PLM and secondly, VMS.

As our Program Manager for PLM & VMS, the majority of your focus for the first half-year will primarily be directed towards PLM to implement and drive program management on the portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

Establishing a project management governance for the PLM team and ensuring a structured approach in qualifying and creating transparency for new projects on an ongoing basis
Reporting on the PLM portfolio towards the overseeing committee (tools for reporting are Office 365 and PowerBI).
