You will be part of Danfoss Drives, a global organization which is leading in developing and manufacturing state-of-the-art frequency converters. 'You will be a vital player on a team of highly competent and engaged employees, who’s focus is to develop, implement and optimize our manufacturing processes, equipment and product design.

Your main responsibility will be:

Work closely together with our R&D colleagues to ensure products are designed for a future smart factory where safety, quality, cost, mass customization, flexibility, automation are key words
Be responsible for design, set-up, ramp-up and handover of new manufacturing areas
Development of new manufacturing processes for new products
