We expect you to work 15 hours per week distributed to suit both your and our schedules. This may increase in busy periods; however, we also offer flexibility around exams and holidays.

Your tasks will be very diverse, but the following will be your main tasks:

Professional end user support on social media and email in a global context (answering end user messages)
Explaining the somewhat complex technical details in a simple, straightforward way
Help on reporting – extract data from CRM, Falcon, and other tools
