Software Manager for QuadSAT

QuadSAT started from a university spinout in 2017 and is building a first-class product; a mobile and in-situ antenna testing solution, based on an UAV.

One of your main goals will be developing and launching a desktop application for clients. The software is a pre-flight, post-flight tool for operators to manage the hardware. It includes flight planning, data processing and data visualisation and storage.

Your main area of responsibility is to manage software releases; you will motivate, manage and ensure that the team has the necessary information and tools to excel and you will be planning capacity and ensure that the team delivers according to agreed criteria and road map.
