Senior Information Security Manager

You will oversee a global team of IT Security Consultants, who work closely with colleagues in IT as well as the business segments and supporting functions to ensure our infrastructure, applications, and processes are secure.

Your primary tasks will be business partnering and ensuring the global security initiatives are executed in the organization. Furthermore, your responsibilities will be:

• Daily management of a globally dispersed team of IT Security Consultants, including task assignments, follow-ups, performance evaluations, people development and organizational planning.
• Part-time management of projects with an Information Security focus.
• Facilitating the adoption of established Danfoss Information Security policies based on the ISO27000 standards.
