Customer Support Consultant - Swedish/Danish

The role is based in our Denmark office. As a customer support consultant, you will spend most of your time helping our customers on the phone or by emails.

You must ensure high level of customer service and retail industry knowledge will be a huge advantage in your daily work.

Key responsibilities:

  • L1 and L2 support to our customers
  • Setup and configure system in cooperation with our customers
  • Deliver the system on-site at the customer
