In this position, you will be responsible for: effective project management within a global scope, data gathering, auditing and analytics, global process administration, and general support in executing the Danfoss Total Rewards programs, initiatives and strategic objectives across the organization.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Understand and effectively communicate the Corporate Compensation strategy, ensuring policies and guidelines are applied correctly and live up to the key principles outlined.
  • Gather, analyze and apply relevant business data to optimize performance (Pay for Performance analysis, salary and equity analysis, effectiveness of current programs etc.).
