Customer Service Assistant

You will handle all matters related to customer service in connection with the daily operation of our vessels, this will also include assisting our customers with their customs procedures. You will be working in overlapping shifts to ensure that we cover the daily operation, which runs from 08.00 until 20.00 Monday to Saturday and 12.00-18.00 on Sundays.
On a daily basis, you will be on calls with your English colleagues as well as our customers, freight drivers, the terminal, our ferries and the customs authorities to secure a seamless operation. You will also be assisting in the completion of the necessary documentation that allows our ferries to operate without delays.
You will of course receive the proper training and education needed to succeed in your job.
