Danfoss Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Controls (RAC), R&D and Engineering is looking for Senior Technology Engineer to strengthen our team in Nordborg or Kolding. You will be responsible for the electronic and mechanical design and development of the products of tomorrows cooling systems. Conception, selection and dimensioning of systems and products will be one of your core tasks as you need to contribute to the technology and innovation road maps for Cooling. Therefore, frequent and flexible interaction with customers and key stakeholders will be essential to verify products and concepts.

Your primary task will be to validate ideas and concepts by using design tools as FMEAs and risk management. Other tasks will be:

  • Design to cost and manufacturing with strong commercial focus
  • Use simulation and calculation tools for design improvements
  • Present and drive your ideas through the organization
