Software Manager

As our new software manager and team lead, you will lead the Mozart and Baldwin teams located in Lyngby. The Mozart team is responsible for building platform (embedded Linux) features for the Flex/Staged products while the Baldwin team is responsible for building firmware for on-the-go Bluetooth and battery enabled products. Your aim is to maintain two high-performance teams, ideally taking on the role as Scrum master.

Staying up to date on the latest software technologies and development techniques, you can look forward to working hands-on with software development by being an active part of architectural discussions and decisions, problem-solving and coding if time permits. Specifically, you will:

• Be a present people manager for the team, extending and onboarding new team members
• Plan and deliver on aligned road map features for both teams
• Identify key technical risk areas and develop actionable mitigation strategies
