In the end, both you and the candidate will receive a presentation and feedback from one of our certified test consultants.
What is Talent Test TT38?
The test is developed based on strength-based research within positive psychology. It contains 440 questions that thoroughly assess which talents candidates can best relate to. The test identifies 34 unique talents, each describing how the candidate thinks, acts, and makes decisions in your workplace.
Uncovering the Candidate’s Talent Combination
You get an overview of the candidate's relative strengths among different talents, what drives the candidate, and which talents the candidate can and will thrive in bringing into play in your organization. You also gain an understanding of which types of tasks the candidate will naturally thrive with and a brief review of how some of the candidate's talents can influence their behavior in day-to-day work.
The Practical Start
One of our certified test consultants will review the test results with the candidate. Afterward, you will receive a report of approximately 20 pages, containing a complete overview of the candidate's talents.
Clarification Through Feedback
Together with you, we will review the candidate's report and profile — and address any uncertainties you may have about the candidate.
Good to Know
The test is optimal between the first and second job interviews — but we can always discuss what makes the most sense in your process. Typically, it takes 4-5 days from you purchase the test until your review with the certified consultant.

The test is ideal for a recruitment process, but you can also purchase a Talent Test even if it is not intended for recruitment purposes — for example, if you want clarity about the composition of talents and strengths in your own department or for a new project.
