Buyout of exclusivity gives you the opportunity to maintain the broadest possible scope in the employment process by having several processes running at the same time. This can play a role in the most difficult cases.

Practicalities

We only invoice a Jobindex Search recruitment fee for candidates who are in the Jobindex pool*. Conversely, if you employ a candidate who is not in the Jobindex pool, we do not charge a fee.
