The Buy-out of Exclusivity allows you to maintain the broadest possible scope in your recruitment process by running multiple processes simultaneously – alongside your Search case with us. This can make a difference in particularly challenging recruitment situations.
Practical Details
We only invoice one Search placement fee for candidates who are part of Jobindex’s candidate pool*. Conversely, if you hire a candidate who is not part of Jobindex’s pool, no fee is charged.
