Nykredit strengthens focus on graduates
Nykredit wanted to attract talented graduates for permanent positions in a tailored development programme. In close collaboration, we produced an employer branding video to capture attention and strengthen the recruitment of the different types of graduates.
The Challenge
Nykredit experienced increasing competition when it came to graduate positions. The young candidates who are about to finish their studies, simply have more offers to choose from, as more and more companies today are offering graduate programmes.
Nykredit especially wanted to attract graduates within finance and IT, as well as more female graduates.
The Solution
We produced an employer branding video aimed at students and recent graduates who were close to finishing a relevant education. – or who had finished their studies within the last year. The video was designed for the platforms they actually use - optimized for short attention spans and for viewing without sound. This allowed us to catch their attention whether they were on the metro or between classes, and inspire them to imagine a future career at Nykredit.
To connect with younger talent, the content had to feel relatable and real. The style was upbeat, light and welcoming with quick cuts that supported the on-screen text. We also moved away from the traditional corporate look and instead focused instead on what matters to this audience – a greener Denmark, sustainability and Nykredit’s commitment to financial social responsibility.
