You’ll be part of the Nordic Customer Experience Department on the technology side, covering Denmark, Sweden and Norway. We’re developing the customer experience, from applying as a customer and through all the touch points during the customer life cycle.

Together with the B2C team you will provide actionable insights through the use of web analytics and implement actions across all of BNP Paribas PF Nordics digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, testers, and UX designers to develop and maintain smart and intuitive digital customer solutions.

What will you do?

  • Optimize sales through insights regarding performance, conversion, web analysis and UX improvements.
  • Work across the business to optimize the customer journey and create continuous improvement for the customer experience.
  • Plan and execute test programs in order to optimize UX, the customer journey and the conversion rate.
