Employee Development
To support our employee development, we also offer a wide range of in-house training. Our Academy, which supports the training and education of our store staff, is one example of that. The Academy is a mobile, blended learning solution containing a mix of webianars, self-paced and physical face-to-face training. Furthermore, you are able to share knowledge and collaborate in a social network with peers.
