Experienced IT Project Manager for a global implementation of CRM in a year of transformation in Nilfisk
Nilfisk IT is a strategic critical resource supporting our business doing an efficient job and taking part in ensuring Nilfisk competitive edge against our competitors. One of our strategic focus areas is strengthening our sales and service area. Among several initiatives, we are implementing new front end CRM system namely Salesforce and ServiceMax and need an experienced IT Project Manager for this task.
We are on an ongoing basis rolling out global IT projects within Sales & Service. You will be based in the department Digital Transformation in Group IT. Your responsibility is to roll out Salesforce and ServiceMax in close cooperation with several internal stakeholders as well as external vendors and ensure progress according to quality, time and costs.

A key strategic must win battle in Nilfisk is massive complexity reduction. Success with this is an absolute necessity for us to continue to be a leading player within the business of professional cleaning equipment and keep on developing state of the art technology in our products. Check into our complexity reduction and innovation agenda to drive the implementation of modularity methodology throughout our global organization.
In large parts of our current R&D processes we have too little focus on modularity methodology resulting in large complexity in this process as well as procurement, logistics, production etc. and leaving too little room for strength in execution and innovation. Your overall responsibility is to ensure stable global modularization methodology, set KPI’s and continuously monitor progress.

A career role driving Group Product Management with market-leading vacuum cleaners (Industrial Vac’s) based in our Global Products & Services (GPS) business unit. We are on a journey to become even more customer focused, which is why GPS has recently been reorganized into 4 customer segments and 2 departments specialised in emerging technologies.
With direct report to the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for the portfolio management, sales growth and support the development of new products as well as interdepartmental support.
Some of your tasks will be to:
- Interact with sales companies to develop and initiate growth activities
- Support sales companies to understand their markets and identify growth opportunities
- Support New Product Development process with market input and ensure that market needs are being met
