We experience increasing interest in our services related to modelling of water environments. Therefore we are looking to expand our team with a new person with cross cutting skills in water environments and computer science.
We are looking for a person who can further develop our capacity within ecological modelling and support the ongoing transition towards cloud-based services.

A position as data manager within the Integrative Systems Biology area lead by Professor Søren Brunak is to be filled as soon as possible. The position is time limited until January 31, 2019.
The position will require the candidate to lead, facilitate and coordinate data acquisition and data management procedures for both the IMI funded DIRECT and the ‘Danish Next Generation Sequencing and Bioinformatics Platform for Precision Medicine’ projects.

We offer a PhD fellowship at Department of Biotechnology and Biomedicine (DTU Bioengineering) at the Technical University of Denmark. The PhD project will be executed at the Bacterial Interactions and Evolution group in the Section for Microbial and Chemical Ecology.

A PhD fellowship in experimental research on larval culture of European eel is available at the National Institute for Aquatic Resources (DTU Aqua) at the Technical University of Denmark. The position will be placed in the Fish Biology Research Group in the Section for Marine Living Resources with about 35 staff members.
The position will be part of the research and innovation project: Improve technology and scale-up production of offspring for European eel aquaculture (ITS-EEL).
The project is performed in collaboration with the Danish industry and international collaborators. Here, the main goal is to breed eels and establish a captive production of glass eels for a sustainable aquaculture of this critically endangered species.

The Centre for Intestinal Absorption and Transport of Biopharmaceuticals, located at the Technical University of Denmark in the Department of Micro- and Nanotechnology, is focused on developing new methods to significantly increase the absorption of biopharmaceuticals in the intestine so that these drugs may be administered to people as easy-to-swallow tablets and capsules.
A PhD Scholarship is available at the National Institute of Aquatic Resources (DTU Aqua) with expected starting date August 1st, 2017. DTU Aqua is an institute at the Technical University of Denmark.
The focus of the PhD is the potential use of protein sources that arise as by-products or production side streams in the Nordic countries in aquaculture feeds. The scholarship is financed by the Nordic Center of Excellence project SUREAQUA funded by NordForsk under the Nordic Council of Ministers with support from the PhD school at DTU Aqua.
The position is based at the Section for Aquaculture, DTU Aqua in Hirtshals, but part of the work will be conducted in collaboration with project partners.
