Global Head of IT Service and Operations

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Drive consolidation of IT service management tools and processes including successful global roll-out of new IT Service Management tool.
• Leveraging value of operational data through Power BI dashboards.
• Define operational plans for improvement across global infrastructure including cloud, connectivity, and hardware solution.

IT Administrator (Cloud)

Are you specialized in IT system administration of Microsoft cloud solutions? Would you like to optimize and maintain our Azure datacenter, as well as our Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and more? Are you process-minded with a good attention to detail?

We are looking for a skilled IT System Administrator to:

• Help us implement new cloud-based solutions
• Take care of the administration

Experienced IT Administrator Microsoft & Mobility

Can you see yourself being part of implementing, driving and administrate the Copenhagen Metro IT-infrastructure? Do you see yourself in a central administrative and business support role with broad responsibilities to include 1st and 2nd line support when needed and do you have SAP and Mobility experience, then you might be one of our new colleagues?
