Business Process Manager

As a Business Process Manager (BPM) in Nature Energy, you will be part of designing, optimizing, and implementing the business processes in our Supply Chain – from an End-to-End perspective.

What is the role

• Driving improvements to systems supporting the business processes (ERP + ERP related systems)
• Participate in defining Nature Energy´s new way of working
• Implementation and training of end-users and stakeholders in the organization in new business or system processes.

Business Process Manager

This is a highly visible strategic role to drive and guide best practices, business requirements, and co-develop process solutions with various SME to deliver continuous improvement in finance operations.

In this position, you would be responsible for defining, standardizing, and optimizing the finance process across the Group.

HSE Advisor

You will maintain positive and proactive relations with key stakeholders and employees by assisting with the ongoing day-to-day provision of HSE support, training and reporting functions of the site.

You will work closely with shop floor operators to educate and train on all areas of risk and assist in the implementation and updating of the strategy to address identified key risk areas, communicating changes and process improvements by actively participating in formal and informal communication.
