We're seeking a Technical Product Owner with low-level embedded software experience to lead the backlog for one of our firmware teams.

As the SAFe Product Owner for one of our three highly specialised Scrum teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering the firmware platform at the heart of all our hearing instruments. The scrum team of 6–8 skilled firmware developers is also deeply engaged in shaping the next generation of our IC and hardware platforms.

You will manage and optimize the product portfolio, introduce new products, and phase out obsolete ones and support sales forces with product requests and provide expert knowledge for extraordinary sales projects.

Senior Manager, Audiological Solutions

Are you an experienced People Manager with an enthusiasm for leading change and empowering motivated teams? Are you interested in working with hearing instrument development? And are you comfortable working in a multidisciplinary, international environment?

You will have responsibility for developers in 2 to 3 separate scrum teams with a focus on audiological system development and digital signal processing algorithms. The teams are responsible for the system, algorithms and software.

The Controller will have a central role in at Phoenix Design Aid, combing financial and business controlling, helping take the finance team to the next level as a key advisor in decision-making and ensuring the implementation of efficiency process.
