We are looking for a new student worker at our service desk

Are you passionate about assisting international students and staff during their stay in Copenhagen? Are you interested in gaining practical customer service experience while pursuing your studies? If so, keep on reading!

The Housing Foundation Copenhagen is a non profit foundation helping approximately 2000 international students and researchers find accommodation in Copenhagen each year.

You will be working in our office at Copenhagen University South Campus, assist in the daily administration work, and be a part of the Housing Foundation team.

Procurement & Logistics Student Worker

You will play a pivotal role in our procurement and logistics operations. You’ll become part of a culture where we put our employees first, and value well-being, inclusion and personal development.

Some of your main tasks will be to:

• Updating supplier lists to ensure accuracy and relevancy in our procurement processes.
• Setting up supplier orders and managing online orders efficiently.
• Creating packing slips in SAP
