Sales Excellence Specialist to support our CSO and CEO

The role is based in our Commercial Excellence Team and will report to the Director for Commercial Excellence, but you will be working closely with the CSO and the CEO to ensure that our 24 markets deliver on their plans and budgets. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring sales tools are rolled out and implemented in the respective markets.

Success in this role is all about creating the right collaboration with the Managing Directors for our markets, thereby ensuring strong organic sales growth.

I kundeservice tager vi os af mange forskellige opgaver, og du vil være et af de første ansigter, vores kunder møder, når de træder ind ad døren. Du tager dig af den direkte kundekontakt, når kunderne har spørgsmål, skal oprettes som kunde, afleverer returvarer og lignende. Det er også dig, der med et smil i stemmen tager telefonen og hjælper kunderne videre.

I jobbet ligger også en del administrativt arbejde, som primært foregår i Navision og på mail, og nogle praktiske opgaver som for eksempel omdeling af post, rengøring og opfyldning af kaffemaskine og lettere vareopfyldning i butikken.
