Embedded software developer for complex systems

Your primary role will be to work with development of new instruments. These instruments is used by our customers in factories, production lines or as part of quality control in laboratories.

Bioinformatician for WGS data analysis in the field of AMR - DTU Food

Do you have experience with whole genome sequencing (WGS) data quality control and analysis from bacterial isolates? Are you also interested in genomics and antimicrobial resistance (AMR)?

As our new colleague, your primary areas of responsibility will include to:

• Construct and maintain pipelines on a HPC cluster and extend the current ones for short read technology (Illumina) to include long read technology (Oxford Nanopore)
• Handle and analyse WGS (long and short read technologies) and metagenomics (occasionally) data
• Organize data analysis, write reports/manuscripts and produce plots summarizing main findings

The section for Autonomous Materials Discovery (AMD) at DTU Energy is looking for an outstanding candidate for a PhD scholarship within the field of in-silico materials design applied to discover new ways to optimize electrochemical reactions via tunable magnetism.

The successful candidate will break new ground in understanding of the complex multiphysics phenomena happening at the electrocatalytic interface under a magnetic field.

The successful candidate will break new ground in developing a data infrastructure able to work with multi-source, multi-fidelity curated data from multi-scale models, AI, and robotic experiments.
