Manufacturing Lean Leader

As our new Lean Leader, you will lead the site’s Kaizen funnel, daily management system, coach colleagues and work on improving for a better tomorrow. You will lead and manage projects that positively impact operations.

You will be a key staff member of the site operations team, this role exercises a high level of operational judgment, and sets team priorities in alignment with the strategic imperatives of the manufacturing site.

På kundens site har vi behov for en Site Manager, der forstår at styre processen det sidste og vigtige stykke af vejen. Du vil derfor fungere som leder af hele siteteamet og have det fulde ansvar for installationen, herunder interne og eksterne leverancer.

Installation og implementering er en kompleks proces, der kræver gode kommunikationsevner og evnen til at håndtere f.eks. justeringer af projektet på stedet, ligesom der er behov for en forståelse for detaljerne, der sikrer, at sådanne justeringer bliver dokumenteret.
